An organization that is currently dealing with internal challenges

Pros

Users are very bought into the software. Customers love talking about how they can improve the way they work. You can sell large solution deals and transactional deals. Every day is unique. Each customer has their own specific needs that you can work to address. Product works how technical team demos it. SE and PS orgs do a great job supporting sales. New Executive leadership seems to have a vision for the future.

Cons

New user model is a disaster. Company has lost big lead has pioneer in the space and competitors are starting to quickly catch up. Sales is blamed when other business units make mistakes, product enhancements land flat and sales stall. Sales has been consistently been asked to take on more and more.

Pros

Decent product, direct teammates are pretty candid and nice for the most part. Fully remote is great!

Cons

Manager and above are pretty toxic and they only support you if you drink the koolaid. A lot of gaslighting and lack of transparency so that they can easily change the narrative at any time to use many things against you. Promotion is pretty shady and full of favoritism.
