The only pro's left are good employees at rep level

Cons

C-Level, the decisions being made by these staff make the job untenable. Clients have responsed so poorly to recent USM changes that retaining and driving new revenue is becoming less and less achievable. The client's main issues are the way the USM has been deployed and the fact that the 90-day true-up gives them no financial security over budgeting and predicting the software cost.

It was good until Vista and Blackstone bought it

Great work life balance, remote first, good compensation

Cons

Since it was bought by Vista and Blackstone, they have been laying off people, I actually got laid off after just 1 day of coming back from parental leave. They removed RSU's and compensation is lower than before

Used to be good, now a disgrace

Pros

- Genuinely some awesome people working there - Interesting high scale system design - Used to be an amazing place to work with solid processes and being able to build cool products that customers loved

Cons

- Company was obliterated by PE and by changes to licensing model - Ever since both came in pressure has been overwhelming, work-life balance sucked, roadmaps all over the place with senior leadership changing their mind on everything like goldfish - Product sucks for customers now and you can feel that frustration
