I recognize that leaders in Worldwide Field Ops, myself included, and People and Culture (P&C) have a responsibility to transparently communicate expectations and provide clear guidelines to help employees develop and grow as we continue to work in progress. As a sales organization, we do believe performance matters. We similarly believe in fostering a healthy workplace by offering remote eligible roles across WWFO and having a generous time away program. I’m disheartened to hear about the lack of trust you felt from your leaders and our P&C team. I view the Sales Development Representative group as a critical organization to nurture and grow a diverse talent pool and that’s only possible when employees feel valued and encouraged.
