      Good salary First 6 months good ramp up with lucrative commission

      Cons

      -Monthly targets, not even remove focus on what you close in 6 weeks or 10 weeks, it’s all about this month -Overhired and now (h2 2023 and q1 2024) trying to reduce sales staff through putting everyone on a pip that did not hit their target for 2 months in a row. -no mission or culture - not even all hands calls or strategy outlook sessions for staff -majority not hitting target -I hear from people who stayed it’s become a terribly toxic culture

      Toxic Workplace and Management

      Pros

      Benefits are decent with high RSUs and employees are able to fully work remotely.

      Cons

      Management fostered a toxic work environment where I felt like I was never doing enough. There was also a huge lack of transparency from management and what was expected from me as a direct report. One thing I continuously have noticed and heard from others is while many things are expected from direct reports, management does not pull their weight and a lot of the work is passed down to direct reports to handle. Earlier this year many people in my department left (including me recently) so the company does not feel stable with the attrition.

      Interesting experience, but no room for development

      Pros

      Mostly reliable product Flexibility in how you run your days Great colleagues If you are new to CS, this is a great place to put in a few years, but the lack of opportunity for growth means I doubt you’d want to spend more than 3 years here

      Cons

      Bonus: completely unachievable, goalposts are moved regularly Some of the sales reps are extremely challenging to work with Promotions do not happen Very US focused
