Everything is getting worse since PE takeover - job feels unstable with lots of roles outsourced to India

Pros

They tend to pay well, however if you are in a sales role, don't expect to be hitting quota.

Cons

- Leadership no longer cares about the employees or the customer experience - They have churned their entire C-suite since going private, and pushed and forced out some of the best employees they had. - They are in a state of constant change and negativity since changing their licensing model. Losing trust from customers, and not doing anything to support and motivate their sales team. - Long tenured employees are leaving left and right. - Direction is unclear from what leadership is left and no one knows what is going on.
