Firing Culture without warning or chance, in the strategic sales organization. Be very careful joining this company, folks get fired at random with no clear warning.

If someone is let go (which is the exception, not the norm) you can rest assured that there are many discussions and actions taking place behind-the-scenes in order to help that individual succeed.
