I have been with Smartsheet for three months now and I have had an outstanding experience. My recruiter was very responsive and the turn-around time was faster than I have ever experienced. You can really see the passion people have here for the product. Everyone is enthusiastic and willing to help at all times and you can tell management puts employees first. The company recently went public and there is a clear path for continued success and profitability. The benefits are great... they pay for health care. And there's free snacks! I feel overwhelmingly lucky to be apart of Smartsheet.
