      Great Company - still teething issues however

      Pros

      - Very competitive compensation plans - Clear and achievable career progression - Supportive management and senior leadership in EMEA - Flexible working, no compulsory in office days, but recommended

      Cons

      - Often poor communication from senior decision makers in the US - Although the product is forward thinking and intuitive, the launch of new items can sometimes be poorly communicated
