      Pros

      I love my team, and I have learned so much, and seen much more from a technical accounting perspective than I initially thought I would. "Unlimited" PTO, fair amount of autonomy (if you're on the right team).

      Cons

      RSU's - gone, benefits - reduced, promotions - delayed, comp increase - super low. Shifted focus to "High Performing Culture" and off-shoring roles. HUGE push to convert human labor to AI.

Regarding benefits outside of RSUs, we haven't made significant changes, apart from some localized adjustments, but we understand any frustrations regarding perceptions. When it comes to AI, our vision is radical empowerment, not replacement. We aim to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce administrative burdens.       Was a really good place to work. Now, not so much

      Pros

      Can still make decent money. It might, heavy emphasis on might, get better once there's some executive level turnover and next year after all the existing customers have transitioned to the new licensing model.

      Cons

      Executive leadership completely changed the licensing model late 2024 in a cash grab to value the company as high as possible before getting bought out and taken private in early 2025. The job has gotten extremely frustrating because there's basically zero add to the customer, but in nearly all instances, a price increase.

      Unethical and Out of Touch Leadership

      Pros

      Good product, still some good people.

      Cons

      Our new license model has put every one of our customers at risk. This model was created in a vacuum without any frontline input and it shows. Execs are now scrambling to fix it but are only making it worse. At the same time Sales is unable to sell licenses, our top selling product. While no changes are being made to our compensation to offset this, we've been assured that "we've been heard". Thank you for hearing us, that's a great comfort.
