There is so much corporate red tape that gets in the way of helpful feedback from people with boots on the ground. Acquired platforms are being pushed to the side and employees are not being properly valued (especially in ways that are easy wins). At some point it becomes apparent when an entire team is being slowly pushed out due to unnecessary corporate busywork, when pricing is made more and more rigid, and when customers/employees are pushed to the back burner in the name of unlimited earnings growth. I've experienced a growing amount of short-sighted actions and attitudes that are negatively effecting entire teams and their customers.

Product is lagging, lacking innovation. Haven't released anything new that can be sold in at least 2 years. We are losing ground to competition. Much harder to sell here than it has ever been. Company shipping a ton of roles out to Costa Rica for cost savings and it shows.
