      Pros

      Work with some great people. Everyone is very collaborative and helpful. There is a shared mission of taking care of the customer and seeing results.

      Cons

      After the acquisition by Black Rock in 2025, the company is going through some major changes to the organizational structure and leadership. It seems like the culture is already starting to change and not in a positive direction. Territories and accounts are not always distributed in an equitable way from year to year making some AEs have much larger challenges to consistent quota attainment.

      Great company - Transitory time

      Pros

      Market leader, good culture and compensation. Most people have heard of Smartsheet and know it's a great enterprise grade solution

      Cons

      Post-acquisition has stirred up a lot of dust and left some uncertainty. This is pretty normal for these types of changes, but a lot of people have freaked out. Honestly, keep your head down and focus on what you can do and not a major issue
