Pros

Can still make decent money. It might, heavy emphasis on might, get better once there's some executive level turnover and next year after all the existing customers have transitioned to the new licensing model.

Cons

Executive leadership completely changed the licensing model late 2024 in a cash grab to value the company as high as possible before getting bought out and taken private in early 2025. The job has gotten extremely frustrating because there's basically zero add to the customer, but in nearly all instances, a price increase.

good management at the time - was there pre sell to blackstone so was part of the good days.

Cons

now private and not leveraging the actual product to manage processes like they used to
