Coworkers, learning new skills, cross functional collaboration, great pay, great benefits

Cons

Siloed c-suite, too much focus on "delighting the customer" not enough focus on functionality leading to upset customers and a questionable product roadmap, micro managers, internal processes are not in sync which means getting anything done is very difficult, challenging to find the answers to technical questions
