Pros
There are a lot of Pros to Smartsheet. The technology clearly solves problems that every company deals with and it is easy to use and sell. The top reason to work there has to be the company perspective around culture and work life balance. There is quite a bit of focus on the team member/employee and its very apparent. You need to achieve your goals and targets but if you are off track, you aren't going to stress out. As long as you are working hard and staying positive it will turn around, it always does. This isn't typical in corporate sales and its a big plus. Like any organization, issues and problems come up regularly, all the time but leadership moves quickly to resolve them and that is really important as well.
Cons
There really isn't a lot from my perspective. You just need to do a lot of homework during the interview phase to know what your role is about and what you are stepping into. After a few months you will start to understand the resources available to you and you can focus on solving customer problems which is the best part.
