      - WFH - Good managers - Fairly laid back

      Cons

      - Bureaucratic processes made it hard to get help on customer issues - Lack of training on extensive integrations/product offerings - Omni Channel, I know it's industry standard but having every second tracked/managed that way isn't fun.

      Poor middle management and leadership

      Good culture on paper. Some talented individuals.

      Cons

      Poor middle management. Many of these middle managers seem to have been promoted because they check the DEI boxes. Unfortunately, most of them lack the skills to be effective people managers. Lack of vision which causes teams to constantly pivot. A lot politics under the surface and people leaving as a result.
