      Pros

      Best job I've ever had and probably will ever have given the coworkers and management. Great job to have.

      Cons

      At this specific location I noticed during my employment that coworkers would be stressed out due to being understaffed. Specifically the cook area. But the managers came up from cook positions so they are quick to help during a rush.

      Great food with liberal culture. Very liberal

      Cons

      47.5 hour work week with 80 hours of work to be done. Upper management piles on work load

      Pros

      Not a very strict work environment, mostly because it isn't a Corporate store. Great place to meet new people and make friends (Co-workers and customers.)

      Cons

      The store owner hardly comes in and is stingy with the money, not taking good care of the store.
