Not a bad part time job.

Pros

You get started off with a decent base pay and can get a better pay with hard work in a short amount of time. It is a decently flexible job. It definately works well if you are going to school or working a second job. They are very clean and with all of the cleaning you do it definately teaches you some discipline.

Cons

Management is'nt very great, they are overly aggressive most of the time. Not too reliable for hours, a lot of people work there at a time so you might not be able to get that many hours a certain week. You can say this about any job, but you don't get paid enough for what you do.

Pros

Co-workers were all awesome. It was fun to be there when there wasn't a tyrannical manager on duty and we could all do our job without feeling pressured and uncomfortable. It was a challenging job but there was room to grow and lots to learn. Lots of nice customers. Good place to work as your first restaurant job.

Cons

When you're a shift leader, you aren't even allowed to be clocked in as such all day. So you get paid $10 for maybe 3 hours of your entire shift. It's pretty unfair. Managers made us pick up all slack and blamed every little problems on us. Hours are never set in stone if you aren't a GM or AM. Lots of running around and plenty of difficult customers. Cashiers hardly make tips even though they do a lot for customers and make less than the cooks.
