Pros
I loved the sense of family that i had at Smashburger. The sense of teamwork was very strong. I also learned sooo much about being front of house. My multi-tasking skills were definitely sharpened after a year. An excellent first restaurant job.
Cons
The pay was trash and the hours were scarce. Blatant favoritism. Managers take their frustrations out on the employees.
