Terribly budgeted projects from the get-go. Poor communication between clients and internal team from the business side, resulting in further overblown budgets which the producer shoulders the blame for. Really bad resource management - necessary to barter favors from other producers to get the appropriate talent booked on a project. A lot of egos and too many cooks in the kitchen on multiple projects. Company focused more on selling methodology as opposed to experiences themselves. Egos and seniority kept the wrong people in the wrong places at this small and scrappy company. Tough clients, but the agency should know how to reign them in.
