      Pros

      Honestly none. The place is a terrible company! And everyone I know is miserable and/or looking for a way to jump off this sinking ship!!!!

      Cons

      Cut commissions over 80 percent. Took away a product from the acute reps. Multiple layoffs. Several senior directors who have been with the company 10 and 15+ yrs and high performing reps. We are losing against KCI because our products can’t compete. Morale is the lowest I’ve ever seen. Everyone hates it here and is miserable!!!

      Avoid the Device Division

      Pros

      There are some good divisions and good people to work with but big problems rooting that is causing a lot of highly talented reps to leave. I would recommend a BIO role.

      Cons

      Device division is a nightmare. The products are great, however the company cannot figure the business out. Trying to compete with a company with 95% of the market share when measures are not being taken to equip the reps to get the product to facilities/patients. Low pay. Unattainable commission structure that no one understands. They change the commission plans every quarter, including revoking a MBO. The pay scale is not different in regards to location/cost of living.
