Pros

Really nice office with great IT support and supplies. The office was just opened in 2020 so it's basically new and very modern. The people are amazing and very fun to work with, especially when onsite. You will get to travel a ton which is fun but can be exhausting at times.

Cons

Service units are extremely overworked and overwhelmed. There is barely enough time just to complete the basics of the event, not at all enough time actually to make improvements. There is a high number of managers and above employees whose job it is to dictate the work to coordinators and associates, who are the ones doing the work. Entire associations are run by entry-level associates. For an organization that is mainly women, the benefits are pitiful. PTO is 15 days a year (no additional sick time), maternity leave is 2 weeks!!, and you are required to go into the office 3 days a week plus weekends.

Good place but understaffed, overworked, and demanding

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, working with cross-functional teams, you will never get bored as there is always something to do, nice office views, and hybrid environment.

Cons

Compensation is not great, micro-managers, overworked, basically expected to learn everything yourself (little to no guidance/support), there is so much work to do for each client everyday (possibility of having upwards of 5+ clients), honestly felt left to drown most of the time + some client leads can be very mean/harsh instead of providing criticism in a healthy and friendly way.

Pros

Most of the people you will work with are nice. All of managers seem to care about me personally. You will gain a lot of experience (because you will have to do everything) You get to travel

Cons

It's hard to move up in the company. They are traditional and require you to work a certain amount of years before promotion (it's not based on your hard work). You will be overworked and underpaid They are not flexible with wfh
