There are typically several avenues for an employee to escalate issues beyond HR or your manager, such as your unit head, another executive within the company, our chief people officer, the CEO, the HR hotline, and the employee Glint surveys distributed throughout the year.

Our comprehensive and competitive benefits are designed to address both current and changing needs of our employees. We do extensive evaluation of our benefits packages each year, and following employee feedback last year, we are looking at new ways we can deliver perks. Following the success of our Wellness Week experiment last year, we announced this week that Wellness Week will go permanent to allow emlployees to shut down fully to plan time with family or travel. We continue to invest in an operations transformation to address inefficiencies identified through the experiences of our employees. We also conduct market assessments of positions and salaries and adjust an employee’s salary if needed to remain competitive.
