SmithBucklin is a fast paced environment where you will make great relationships with your colleagues, clients and vendors/industry partners. You'll learn great hard skills about the meetings industry and see the execution on big and small scale. You are able to find balance between work and personal life, and can find flexibility to do so throughout your career. The real reason SmithBucklin is great, is because of the people you get to work with on a day to day basis!

Cons

Workload can be challenging during heavy event cycles, and need to be willing to travel.

Solid On-Boarding Training, good salary, highpaced work environment, ability to work with teams across the company, great corporate culture with good amount of transparency.

Cons

Three required days in the office (Mon, Thurs, Flex) but office still feels empty and not everyone is in on the required days.
