Pros

None, if you enjoy being underpaid overworked, and spoken to in an extremely hostile unprofessional manner on the daily basis this is the job for you!

Cons

Hostile management team, HR will pretend you never made reports, over worked, under compensated, no team collaboration or support staff. Management will curse at you on a daily basis and put down your ideas. You are expected to never get sick or take a vacation in this role due to "company needs".
