Not a good place for designers

The flexible work schedule is ok.

Cons

Snapfish is experiencing a downward spiral, losing customers, losing money, and the leadership is taking it out on the employees. There is no real focus on user experience... don't be fooled, Snapfish is a marketing focused organization, not UX focused. Designers are not empowered to do their jobs but micromanaged to no end. Design is always dumbed down to fit the legacy systems. Middle management is not there to support the individual contributors; They seem to only be good at throwing us under the bus. To sum it all up, Snapfish fosters a culture of blame and intimidation, ux is not valued when dealing with legacy products and technical debt, and there is no career advancement at all.

Pros

There's still some very talented people left, not sure for how much longer they will stick around. Flexible hours, as long as the work gets done it doesn't matter what time you come in.

Cons

Upper management seems to not have any idea as to what to do. Hemorrhaging a lot of talent due to poor leadership and lack of recognition.
