Pros
Employees in "the trenches" are for the most part smart and fun to spend time with socially. It is part of HP, so it makes for a good name on your resume.
Cons
Lack of ability to learn and grow, antiquated tools and technology, management is ineffectual, too much small decision making by consensus, huge turnover rate of good employees who are just fed up!
