Pros

snapfish is acquired by HP, so a HP experience would look good in my resume

Cons

I joined snapfish based on the false impressions that it's part of HP, and should be respectful and fun to work. However it's very disorganized there, the management don't listen to any suggestions from the engineers. I worked in a team which has a very unforgiving schedule that don't even allow engineers to have enough time to sleep. If I disagree with anything, the director would go to my cube yelling at me.

Fun, fast pace environment. The company continues to grow. Great opportunities within the company and HP for career growth, great pay and benefits with flexible work environment. Great place to work in a small start up environment, but with the safety of being backed by a fortune 10 company.

Cons

HR can be extremely slow, plenty of room to streamline regular processes.
