Pros
Work/life balance, flexible schedule; challenging and interesting work; fun, friendly and creative people; always changing; security of being owned by HP; passionate employees; competitive compensation and great location.
Cons
Dysfunctional top leadership. Senior team lacks vision and/or doesn't communicate it well with the organization. Constant finger pointing and throwing people under the bus (in front of others!). Very little trust or confidence in employees.
