Pros

Excellent people, solid plan for growth, expanding customer and partner business...all the key pieces in place for continued success in the marketplace. Plus a nice, new office in a great location, competitive salaries and benefits, fun environment, etc. We work hard, but also have lots of laughs in the office. Easy to make friends here. Established company - founded in 1999!

Cons

Company has recently undergone a restructure after separating from HP in 2015, so certain pieces are still falling into place and there is still a bit of dust settling. But these are common 'growing pains' for any established organization building spectacularly for the future.

Pros

Good work from home policies- Some lovely people- free gym in SF office building - if you don't like your boss it will most likely change quickly

Cons

Sr. Management only talks to each other and said to many employees they prefer that everyone else just do as they are told. Looking for people to not have ideas, opinions, or think for themselves.

The new CEO is invigorating the company–he's down-to-earth and has great ideas, but keeps the customer first and foremost (key for an eCommerce site). Some changes have happened and there are more to come, but it's moving in a positive direction.

Cons

Nothing to complain about.
