Pros

Only pro is the job is remote.

Cons

-Expectations are unclear and ever-changing. You will often get conflicting responses from different members of management. -Unrealistic performance metrics. -The workforce is seen as expendable. -No such thing as pay raises. -Management is fake-nice until they no longer feel like they need you.

Pros

Good health benefits is the best part

Cons

You are a butt in a seat. It's been mandatory OT since March 2021. 50+ hours a week. The goals are getting unattainable and something changes weekly about how they want it done. If you were an employee pre pandemic and brought back your salary is what it was before but they are hiring the new employees some 10k higher per year. When this has been brought up to management they brush it off and hope you forget. There is no work life balance anymore . Pre pandemic it was a decent company to work for. Post pandemic, just run unless you like being forced to work with little to no management as they have all left as well and with daily changes that are poorly communicated.

Pros

Good benefits and good pay

Cons

I thought I would like working from home. I did not realize you had to sit at desk for 12 hours straight. It got old very quick. You are constantly pushed and pushed to write more, more estimates. You are on a timer as well. Also keep in mind if you don’t hit a certain limit, you will be let go. They don’t tell you that upfront. I would not recommend this place because your personal life is GONE!
