Good Company/Bad Pay

Pros

I loved the managers, tech leads, and my co-workers. The company it’s self is a great company. Benefits start right away.

Cons

I could tell during training that this wasn’t gonna be the job for me. Pretty much like an outbound call center. Had to make 50-70 calls a day for $17 an hour not worth it. Most of the customers and shops refused to send photos in so it became such a hassle. Loved the company but I don’t recommend this position.

Pros

Free beer back before the pandemic

Cons

Everything else. I was on the phones there speaking to people asking them to send in photos of the damage to their cars after an accident, calling mechanics to send in photos, the call queues were massive, they pay was $18/$19 an hour, not worth it at all. If you truly need a job in a pinch, apply, you’ll definitely get a callback quick given their high turn over rate
