      Pros

      Snyk has a great culture. Everyone is helpful and care about the company’s success. Nice perks such as Stipend for work from home, learning and development, etc… Generous PTO policy (20 vacation days, 2 Floating Holidays and 20 Sick Days).

      Cons

      Work life balance is a struggle. It’s normal for people to work 7 days a week. Lots of room for improvement as it relates to diversity, inclusion and equity.
