- Place a lot of emphasis on employee wellness, there is a culture of making sure colleagues are putting their mental/physical health first. - They're growing fast so there's plenty of opportunity to make your mark - Putting great effort into maintaining culture as they grow fast - Plenty of opportunities for growth and career progression
