      Not at all what they claim to be

      Pros

      Good product focused on Open Source Mostly smart people (IQ only) Well funded Pay and benefits are decent (not amazing)

      Cons

      Entire business is run on Slack No commitment to core values Make no mistake - they couldn't care less about your mental health as an employee! One person had multiple deaths in their family and got fired w/in months!!! Inexperienced, incompetent middle managers who think intimidation and shaming are acceptable practices. Encourages a culture of back stabbing and tattling

      Pros

      Product strategy is clear, company is very focused. There is something "different" at working at Snyk that you can't find in other companies. The company totally bypasses the use of emails and favors other more communication methods of communications (Slack, Zoom...) which makes collaboration great. Company is investing a lot in employees

      Cons

      very international environment without a single dominating HQ. Which is good and also a challenge to get used to
