      Simply the best employer I’ve ever worked for - I will never leave

      Pros

      - Great Salary and Benefits - Amazing coworkers - the best! - Interesting and Exciting product in a hot tech space - Good work life balance - Amazing opportunities for personal and professional growth - Open and inviting work environment that encourages new ideas - Great leadership, vision and transparency

      Cons

      - Unique, independent work environment means that not everyone fits. There’s not a lot of room for bureaucracy and a “not my problem” response. This is a Pro for me, but I’ve witnessed others struggle. - Heavy use of slack and reliance on “immediate action” rather than a systematic and planned approach to processes. While this was awesome in the early days, we struggle to scale now as we’re growing up. - Lacking some process. Things can feel chaotic at times.

      My experience so far has been amazing! Great people! Amazing package and benefits! Everyone seems happy and ready to help you. The founder and CEO are available to speak to you The culture is first class and infectious They are disruptors in the industry and leading their space

      An example of unethical company

      Pros

      Good product focus on SCA and open source. Well funded. No ramping for the sales team, making them work harder

      Cons

      They will do all the nice thing to hire you, amazing people team. Once you join, the commitment to the employee is minimal. Multiple colleagues got mistreated and fired in months. Only thing management cares about is valuation, not the IC's workload or their family situation (especially under COVID ) An entire company run on Slack, it getting disorganise more each day. Asking employee making unreal reviews on multiple platforms to cover the bad rating. , not at all what they claim
