      Pros

      Product strategy is clear, company is very focused. There is something "different" at working at Snyk that you can't find in other companies. The company totally bypasses the use of emails and favors other more communication methods of communications (Slack, Zoom...) which makes collaboration great. Company is investing a lot in employees

      Cons

      very international environment without a single dominating HQ. Which is good and also a challenge to get used to

      Pros

      * The size of the company tripled in 2018, and there’s just as much growth ahead and contribution to be made * It feels like everyone in the company are energised in a very good way * People are humble, and happy to collaborate. The company takes extra care to bring everyone together twice a year for yearly events, as well as more often for the each team. * Empowerment is a big play in company values. Everyone are empowered to lead and take on initiatives in their areas of interest to further create impact and grow themselves. * Work/life balance is not a slogan here. * Connection with the customers is invaluable and anyone can join in and interact with customers. The company genuinely listens and acts based on customers feedback which helps build the right product and address real challenges that customers face. * Transparent and inclusive culture and a big spotlight on communicating a lot.

      * Slack is chatty and takes some time to get used to
