      Pros

      A company that is advancing devs and the open source ecosystem. A place where your colleges are kind, sharp and helpful. A company whose management is honest, transparent and smart. A place I'm proud to be part of.

      Cons

      We do LOTS of slack, if not managed properly, this is both a blessing and a curse.
