      Pros

      Joined Snyk a few months ago and it has been a great experience. Great culture, great product, great leadership. The company does a great job enabling the sales team with training, technology and resources. It is truly a team sell. Exciting to be a part of a company growing so fast.

      Cons

      High growth means aggressive targets and expectations. Need to be able to adapt to change and handle pressure.

      Pros

      -Exceptional growth, game changing product that is significantly differentiated from the competitors in the market -Majority of reps are hitting quota -All resources are in place for success

      Cons

      -the only real con would be that it'll be important to keep innovation strong and the "customer focus" as the company continues to scale

      I have learned so much so far and look forward to learning more.

      Cons

      While it is very convenient to learn lots of things over zoom, it can be hard to retain all of it when you get a lot of it all at once.
