When times are tough, you see who people really are. During Covid, when many of us were trapped at home, uncertainty in the air, the amount of care and effort put out by everyone, across the board, from management to the newest hire was, simply put, incredible and heart warming. I've worked at Snyk for 4 years now, seeing it grow, and what impresses me most is the people, not just the technology, of Snyk. People care, you don't see politics, if there is a problem, everyone pitches in, when we succeed, everyone gets recognized. Input is listened to from everyone, be it support, customer success, sales, and more important customers. I'm proud to work here, and I'm proud of the people I work with. #LifeAtSnyk
Cons
It's a fast moving space, you need to keep up on technology and industry. There's lots of people to help and lots of resources to help, but if you're slow to adapt, learn, you will struggle. Be prepared and understand that you will need to constantly be learning and adapting, but that's also what makes it fun.
