Pros

Benefits/health care insurance are good.

Cons

Micromanagement/ unreachable metrics/ biased/ no work life balance in the office. Low base salary. It’s all about who you know to get promoted if this company. Especially with the mortgage department. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
