Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad that you have enjoyed the remote work that SoFi offers. That said, we are very disappointed to hear your experience is not meeting your expectations. We are very intentional in developing annual and quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that set the overall strategy for the company, and cascade down to the team level. This is how we set goals and deliverables each quarter that tie directly to our annual company priorities. These priorities are shared with the company at the beginning of each year, as well as quarterly. Teams and individuals are then able to map their OKRs to the company objectives - which align all employees on the company vision and strategy.
