Thank you for the 4+ years you spent working at SoFi. We are helping to transform an industry that hasn't changed in decades, and boy does that make SoFi an exciting, challenging, and dynamic place to work. Plus, it offers so many opportunities for our employees to learn and grow. We're glad you agree. The rapid growth we're experiencing means we are constantly learning, iterating and innovating, and we value feedback like yours to help us continue to improve. We're laying the foundation in our Product organization, and have tied their goals back to our company-wide OKRs to ensure alignment across the team. Thanks again for your review, and we wish you the best of luck in your career. Take care.

Overworked and Overlooked

Pros

Offers good pay, adapted to remote work and offers flexibility. Benefits are pretty awesome

Cons

Easy to get burnt out Communication between marketing and frontline is non-existent. For example, a promo will roll out and phones will flood. Frontline, operations and quality departments get less recognition than they should

We know everyone is super busy right now, so thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review of your SoFi experience. We're happy to hear that your compensation is competitive, that you enjoy the flexibility we offer employees, and feel the benefits are comprehensive. That being said, we don't want any employee to feel overworked and overlooked. We truly believe our people are our greatest differentiator, and we can't reach our 'best culture in the world' ambitions with y'all. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to explore some of the support resources we have available to employees via the Benefits Mall in Workday. And we hear you about cross-team communication! Our most recent employee survey data showed that communication is our greatest area of opportunity, and we are working with business leaders to improve inter- and intra-team communication. In true SoFi fashion, we are always iterating, learning, and innovating, so if you have ideas, we want to hear them. You can reach out to your manager, PBP, the talent team, or email us at glassdoor@sofi.org. Thank you for being on this journey with us.
