      Here are the cons: - Woke HR department, strange meetings, sometimes offensive - Still not letting people return to the office in full; instead doing a small trial return program

      A good positive company to work for.

      Pros

      Most people at SoFi are very friendly and easy to work with and pretty much everyone is willing to help you grow in your career.

      Cons

      There are a often a lot of meetings. It also sometimes feels like management is not always very transparent about some things.

      Good culture

      Pros

      Managers absolutely care about your career growth, in some cases even more than you do. As long as it’s not abused, employees have a lot of freedom when employees need to leave work to run errands or deal with family issues. The work is always changing and the company makes it a point that if you don’t like what you are doing. Try to change teams before companies. Coworkers and management are friendly and companies meeting can be corny but they feel genuine. Great learning environment

      Cons

      Your team can be spread throughout multiple offices so your manager may only know you through a screen instead of working by your side.
