      Pros

      Socure concentrates on high performance and deep thinking. It's how the product is built, deployed, and sold. If you're willing to step up and own things, if you keep up with knowing those things that make you and the company better, you can absolutely excel.

      Cons

      It's not for the faint of heart. Expectations are very high. You will put in a lot of time. But you will learn a helluva lot, and the potential is huge.
