like at any start-up, there is a lot of work that needs to be done and quickly so, finding a good work-life balance can be difficult

Pros

First and foremost, the team is amazing. One of the core values at Sofar is Team Wins and they live by it. Everyone gets together to make things happen and pull things over the finish line. The collaborative nature of the team is exceptional and makes this an incredible place to work. If you love the ocean and want to work in an impact-first mission-driven company, this place is great.

Cons

This is fast-paced company and it's all-hands on deck.
