I am with Softpath as full time from last 3 years now, and really happy with my decision to join them. 1. Supportive staff, take quick action with our needs or concern. 2. Decent and very knowledgeable immigration team 3. No issue with H1 and PERM process 4. Provide heath insurance 5. HR and staff takes quick action and resolution to issue with Leave applications, heath insurance enrollments, time-sheet etc. 6. On time pay (always get pay on or before 15th of month) 7. ADP self portal

Cons

Nice to see 401K plan started by Softpath, but would like to see SoftPath some way match 401K contributions. I feel will get there over time.

Recognize talent. Offer resources to develop and career with enough bandwidth to progress. Has a good response to employee feedback. Very good place for potential graduates to begin their career. They stand behind the employee when needed. Flexible and yet punctual work culture that helps employee thrive professionally.

Pros

Good at H1B and GC documentation. Sponsors H1 with in-house project during crisis situations or to bring folks from India. Pay on time. Decent marketing teams. Good office infrastructure. Good company for Informatica MDM consultants.

Cons

Lack of transparency from owners. Except for couple of direct clients mostly in Informatica MDM practice, rest all need to depend on C2C from job sites or sub contracts.
