Pros

Worked for a client through Softpath that was a foot in the door. Better than average hourly pay and certainly better than what we hired to do. Seamless on-boarding process over the phone and through email.

Cons

Their end of the contract was not fulfilled as promised. Six month job turned into 2 months with no notice or explanation given, just an email telling us the contract was over with no follow through. Softpath left us to the vagaries of the client's management, most of whom hated us because we after their jobs. Softpath should have studied the client better before disrupting people's lives.

It is nice organization to be a part of. I have recently resigned due to some personal reasons but for sure will join back in some time once everything settles down. The most Likes: Immigration Attorney, Green Card, insurance (though premium's are high) and nice training facility with access to all required software's and support. Nice training structure with knowledgeable trainee. Direct and partner clients to work with.

Cons

I didn't had any bad experience until my leaving the organization, I am still in touch with the management and the team with a good response.

My experience working for this company so far has been good. Management is quite friendly, you can easily approach them with whatever issues you have and they will try to resolve it sincerely. Best part about this company is that they work mainly with direct clients and also you get paid on time. Their training division has improved over years, now it is more structured and trainees get individual attention. The trainees get to stay in free accommodation which is clean and there are minimal number of people in the guesthouses. Seriously career oriented people can really make use of the opportunities provided by Softpath and carve a niche for themselves in the IT industry.

The current premises is not big enough to match their growh
