Great place to work for people with ambition and zeal for opportunity. Loved working here. Got great backing from the management and the whole team to explore and implement new solutions. Would like to thank Sunil Gotoor(Training and Knowledge Management) for being a great mentor who has gone out of his way many a times to help get the solution to satisfy the customers need and guide me in the right path. The Company has great vision for emerging Technologies and an eye for the needs of the various clients. I had a smooth stay overall with Softpath and whenever i had any issues HR team especially Meenal(ER Team) was very proactive in getting things resolved and prompt in responding to any of my queries. Would love to work for them again in the future and grow with the organization.
Cons
As a Consultant Working for a company like Softpath who has Fortune 500 clients all across the nation it is important that you travel/relocate to satisfy the Clients's need which was a con for me. But could be pro for others to get more exposure and experience.
