Pros

The firm has some of the Fortune 500 and fortune 100 companies as clients. If you are willing to work hard then the firm provides you with the right resources and opportunities to excel. Since it is a small company growing fast, it has a start up like work environment, where you can define how much you want to grow. They always pay on time and have a good immigration team.

Cons

When I was there, the retirement benefits were not offered such as 401k plans. However they now provide that which is a good thing.

Pros

Worked for a client through Softpath that was a foot in the door. Better than average hourly pay and certainly better than what we hired to do. Seamless on-boarding process over the phone and through email.

Cons

Their end of the contract was not fulfilled as promised. Six month job turned into 2 months with no notice or explanation given, just an email telling us the contract was over with no follow through. Softpath left us to the vagaries of the client's management, most of whom hated us because we after their jobs. Softpath should have studied the client better before disrupting people's lives.

Great People. Really want you succeed and have the concept of one for all and all for one. Not only professionally but have seen them trying to advice for career advancements also. Friendly atmosphere and responsible team.

Cons

Need to grow more and diversify in other technologies as well.
