Acquired and forgotten

Pros

- Fully remote(not all positions) - Very competent design team - Getting to collaborate with great co-workers from all over the world I had great experience working at the company that was bought by Solera. The acquisition quickly turn everything upside down.

Cons

- Horrible marketing leadership that doesn't expect you to have a life outside of work - Upper management do not trust employees' abilities to perform their job. - Uses spyware to track your activity on company provided computers. They went as far as branding it to make it sounds more pleasant to get buy-ins from employees. - Acquired ompanies and laid off massive amount of their employees (including those who had been with the former companies for decades) Be prepared to be treated like a number here because they only care about owning more brands.

Pros

There are not really any pros.

Cons

Dealersocket got bought out by Solera, who is now imposing an productivity tracker. It will track your keystrokes, your screen, your time in apps. They have a time spent in your chair tracker as well for non remote jobs.

Pros

Worked with great people at my level and lower levels Some middle managers were good Work from home was great

Cons

Don’t value their employees-Frequently told you’re replaceable Very negative regarding female employees, not inclusive and looked down upon No work/life balance, even required to work on vacation or while out sick No room for growth. Company rarely hires from inside for management positions Most Executive/C-level leadership is unapproachable/immature/condescending Very top heavy in upper/senior/executive management positions Management is a revolving door. No stability within any of the teams Poor/no transition with each management change-over Managements answer to budget issues is to terminate employees (reduce head count) Company unwilling to provide proper tools for the job Company unwilling to pay for/send employees to training classes Several policies/incentive plans changed without employee notice Performance evaluations are a joke, consist of ever-changing metrics you can never meet Several internal functions; Accounting, IT, HR, Dev; have been contracted overseas Communication is nonexistent.
